I was there, Now I am here

I told my husband I wanted to do the remodeling work we had been talking about for over 20 years. 

His response?

Go for it.

Can I tell you a secret?

Because I never really looked at myself, I thought these were photos of a stranger. 

When I look at these photos now, I see one of my brothers, not myself.

Stretch pants and polar fleece were my uniform in cold weather.

Now, I understand why I struggled when we were at higher elevations. Why I struggled with climbing, walking and just sitting in the seat on the airplane.

My bees and I have come a really long way. Did you know a full deep (one box filled with honey and bees) can weight up to 70lbs? I struggled. No longer. I am so much stronger.

Beautiful mountains and waterfalls in Guatemala. I still remember how much my knees and hips hurt. 

I traveled to Zimbabwe and really noticed the difference in how I felt, moved, and my energy levels were always high.
